Kellie M. Martin, a native of the United States is an American TV and film actress. She is best known for her role as Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher and Lucy Knight on the series ER. Born to a department store owner and a kindergarten teacher, Martin was able to begin her acting career in the age of seven, when her aunt who was a nanny for Michael Landon's children assisted her in landing her a role in the 1982 show "Father Murphy.". Her professional career began after graduating Yale University. This led to her landing a variety of roles both in the television as well as the film industry. Martin has also been a photographer and a dancer.
